Two mischievous SA bulldogs, Sophia and Olly, went viral after their owner posted a video of them playing dead after being caught chewing furniture. I make sure that it’s the funniest thing you’ll see today! As soon as Mom begins the interrogation, “Who did this?” both dogs flop on their backs and play dead. No one’s going to punish two ‘dead dogs,’ they think. The clever pups don’t move a muscle until their mom (sneakily) offers them a snack, and then they go back to playing dead after they realize they’ve been tricked.
That’s all it takes for the two pooches to get back on their feet. But as soon as Mom questions them about the mess again, they go on their backs, playing dead! Until then, we’ve got a new motto: next time you’re in trouble, play dead!
